Merdeka!

Last Wednesday my IPG Kampus Pulau Pinang had this assembly regarding our National Day. It was held in Gelanggara. Not much to tell actually. It's just like the ones we had back in school - with the performance and all. It's just that I felt I left school for so long and this particular assembly reminded me of how much I miss my school.

Anyways, the assembly started with dances from the Kadazans, Bajau, Indian, Chinese and Malay. Then they all danced in harmony together with a national song. I was entertained particularly with the Indian and Malay dances since they brought up strong choreography with a little twist to them.

After that the Tuan Penagarah, En. Rijeng Jahet (yeah the tuan pengarah's name is weird..he must be from Sabah or Sarawak) officiated the ceremony by cutting the ribbon so the banner will scroll down upholding this year's theme: 1 Malaysia Menjana Transformasi.

Later, there were some poem recitation, choir and sing along with the Sudirman song from a few of the PISMP batches, and that marks the end of the assembly.

The celebration over all was some whet refreshing to have once in awhile. It makes me reminiscence my young days as a student. It's also a way to channel my stress with the level of workload and make up classes I have over this few weeks. It isn't easy to become a teacher. You have to know all the theories of learning, important procedures for both the curriculum and co-curriculum in schools and much much more.

Let us pray for the best so I can contribute good teenagers to soon rule the country insyAllah =)

Happy National Day!

Life in IPG

Here I am writing again after a few weeks of abandoning my blog. There are lots of things happening in a nick of time.

First was my fever. I was suspected having dengue after I went to the clinic two weeks ago. So I ended up stuffing myself with 100Plus and coconut drink to cool down the body temperature and increase my platelet count to the normal norm.

Then, not being well, I had my engagement on Saturday. Almost all of my uncles and aunties came down to help out. Thank you so much for lighten up the burden. Since I wasn't feeling that well, my happiness isn't portrayed as expected. But deep inside, I feel relieved for I am now owned by my smelly buns and I promise myself to be the best for him and not let him down. I think after having this special bond, we're somewhat closer to each other much better than before. Alhamdulillah =)

Right after, I then went off straight to Penang to further my KPLI for almost one year. Being in Penang makes me miss home so much. With the solemn infrastructure in IPG, with the work load piling up day after day, with the peers what has been clustered from their university days and with the high hopes from the lecturers for the PPC students, I personally feel I'm carrying a great burden on my shoulders. I hope to stay strong and maintain my grades so I wont be a disappointment to the country and the society.

Overall, my weeks has been a little hectic with all the good and bad occasions cropping up here and there. Maybe this week my life would be a little bit relaxed since my condition is getting much better plus now I have a loving fiancé who supports me every tick of the clock. Though we're far, I just feel you're just right beside me all the way through. Thank you so much fiancé for caring...your gentleness just swept me away each day. I love you <3<3<3

i4p

It's decided!
I'll further my Diploma of Education in Pulau Pinang.
For one year insyAllah I'll be accustom to their lifestyle and food
*Oh boy..food~ not seem to be excited on that part*

But for the sake of the country I'll behave and try to accept unlikable things that I've put barrier to.

Hey look at the bright side, I'll be experiencing lots of different students there..plus people said Pulau Pinang is a nice shopping place *hopefully*

The expenses might be a little bit sky rocket, so I should probably layout my budget so I can have same rainy day savings.

Map to the campus.
Boyfriend please take note.. you might want to google map for more details =)

Note to self: No need for medical check up and keep available house for rent as back up plan

Will be checking this link regularly for more information.

Thus tonight I have to pack up my clothes..

*note: Thursdays are batik day*
*note: For ko-ku will be wearing white and darked-colored tracksuit*
*note: Bag for books will have to use the brown bag - NO SCHOOL BAG*
*note: Two black heeled shoes for classes will bring one pair of flat shoe for walking around*
*note: Important documents to be certified and bring original copies*

I think that's the gist of it. Will update more for mental note.
